Service Packages
CHECKLIST
You create your own checklist from our Basic or Detailed Cleaning services. We charge by the hour with a two hour minimum. Additional hours or Extras may be purchased at the time of cleaning based on availability.
BASIC CLEANING
Polish and sanitizing of all countertops, vanities, faucets, sinks, commodes, bath tubs, and showers. Dust all furniture which includes; tables, end tables, entertainment centers, mirrors and pictures. Sweep, mop and vacuum all floors.
DETAILED CLEANING
Includes our BASIC CLEANING checklist and dust blinds, window cills, ceiling fans, vents, baseboards. Sanitize light switches and door knobs. Polish floors.
SEASONAL CLEANING
Includes our DETAILED CLEANING checklist and vacuuming inside, behind, and under couches, chairs, beds and cabinets. Dusting inside cabinets, end tables and other furniture. Wipe down all doors, baseboards and kitchen cabinets. Cleaning behind and under refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer and other appliances.
MOVE IN / MOVE OUT CLEANING
Wipe down all cabinets & droors inside and out. Polish and sanitizing of all countertops, vanities, faucets, sinks, commodes, bathtubs, showers and shelving. Dust all high and low corners, blinds and vents. Wipe down all doors, baseboards, window cills, Chair rails, mantels and outside of appliances. Sweep, mop and vacuum all floors. When we leave your home will be picture ready.
EXTRAS
Clean inside refrigerator, oven, fireplace, dishwasher. Clean windows, garages, basements. Mold, mildew, hardwater and lime treatments on showers, bathtubs commodes, tile, blinds and sinks. Grout treatment and grout sealer. Dust walls, Polish floors.
You can add any EXTRA(S) to your cleaning. Please let us know if you would like extras added prior to your scheduled cleaning so we can allot the time. Extras may be added time of appointment based on availability.
