We aim for Customer Satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your service, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. If for any reason you are unhappy with a service that is rendered, you have 24 hours to file a complaint with Got It Maid. Got It Maid will come back and clean the areas in question free of charge ASAP. Please give 48 hours notice of any cancellation. There will be a $30 cancellation fee whithin the 48 hour period preceeding the time your service is scheduled. If a credit card is used it will be charged the fee!
